Quality control is an essential procedure for each company or factory to supervise the production. We have three quality control staffs and one on-site inspection member. They know quality control skills and standards well before, during and after production. Material and equipments are strictly under supervision and audit by the purchasing staff, quality management inspectors.

From our actual situation and industry, our company constantly improve the quality control system of various standard documents and has passed the ISO9001 and ISO14001 quality system certification. We purchase raw materials, produce and pack products in accordance with industry standards. If customers have customized requirements, we can produce products according to customer requirements and details of the products.

Besides, our company prepares guidance documents related to the inspection of raw materials, porduction process and final package. Production and quality control staffs are conducted orientaion, retraining and assessment. Only those who meet the requirements can start the post.

What's more, before and during production we will clearly clarify and mark the raw materials and products. If we find problems, we will look for solutions, correct continuously and solve proplems in time. Refining and improving the production process and product quanlity is what we give top priority to all the time.
